Copyright Policy

Global Nexus Media (GNM)

This Copyright Policy summarises how intellectual property is handled on GNM. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

GNM Content

Unless otherwise stated, GNM owns or has appropriate rights in its original website design, logo, brand identity, articles, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, software, layout and original editorial material. Such material may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, systematically copy, redistribute or republish GNM material without permission, except where permitted by law. Nothing in this policy restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted.

Content Submitted by the Public

If you upload photographs, videos or documents, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or authority to submit them.

By submitting content to GNM, you grant GNM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, to the extent permitted by law, to host, store, reproduce, edit, translate, adapt, format, publish, distribute, communicate and display the submitted material through GNM’s website, applications, social-media accounts, video platforms and other GNM-operated or authorised media channels.

Ownership of your original copyright does not automatically transfer to GNM merely because you submit content.

Copyright Complaints

Copyright owners may contact GNM regarding alleged infringement. A complaint should contain sufficient information to identify:

  • The complainant;
  • The copyrighted work;
  • The allegedly infringing material;
  • The relevant webpage/location;
  • The complainant’s rights or basis for the complaint;
  • Supporting information.

GNM may review legitimate complaints and take appropriate action under applicable law, which may include removing, modifying or restricting the material.
