Global Nexus Media (GNM) — Public: Your Story, Your Voice.
These terms apply when you submit news, ground reports, photographs, videos or supporting material through GNM’s Public platform. They should be read with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
How Submissions Are Handled
Verification → Editorial Review → Approval → Publication. Submission does not guarantee publication. GNM may approve, reject or hold a submission, request additional information or verification, and edit material for legitimate editorial, legal, language or formatting purposes. GNM retains final editorial control.
Verification of Contributors
GNM may verify contributors through a mobile number, email address or other appropriate method. Verification does not mean that GNM automatically accepts the truthfulness of the submitted information.
Your Responsibility
By submitting content you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge:
- The information is genuine and not knowingly fabricated.
- You have the necessary rights or authority to submit the material.
- The material has not been unlawfully obtained.
- You are not impersonating another person.
- You are not knowingly submitting malicious files.
- You are not sharing another person’s private or sensitive information without a lawful basis.
Licence
You grant GNM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, to the extent permitted by law, to host, store, reproduce, edit, translate, adapt, format, publish, distribute, communicate and display the submitted material through GNM’s website, applications, social-media accounts, video platforms and other GNM-operated or authorised channels. Ownership of your original copyright does not transfer to GNM merely because you submit content.
Anonymous or Confidential Publication
You may request that your identity not be publicly displayed. Anonymous publication does not necessarily mean anonymous submission: GNM may retain identifying information for verification, security, legal compliance or other lawful purposes, and cannot guarantee confidentiality where disclosure is required by law, court order or lawful governmental process.
Removal
GNM may remove, modify or stop displaying submitted content for legal, copyright, privacy, accuracy, security or editorial reasons.
Revenue Sharing
GNM may establish a revenue-sharing programme for eligible Public contributors under separate written rules. Publication of a contributor’s content does not automatically create a right to advertising revenue.
