Global Nexus Media (“GNM”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates an India-based digital media platform through its website globalnexus.co.in and related digital services.

19. Journalism and Editorial Content
GNM is a digital publisher of news and current-affairs content.
GNM’s editorial operations are subject to the applicable legal and regulatory framework governing digital news publishers, including the applicable Code of Ethics and grievance-redressal framework under Part III of the IT Rules, 2021. MIB identifies a three-tier mechanism consisting of publisher-level self-regulation, a Level-II self-regulating body and the Central Government oversight mechanism.
